Jeffery Bond James

Jeffery James is a native of Ruston, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and graduated in 1988 in Construction Technology. After college Mr. James worked in a family business, TL James Construction, and successfully worked his way to become an owner of one of the premier roadway contractors in Louisiana. Today, Mr. James is a Principal of JB James Construction, LLC, headquartered in Baton Rouge and works across the state.

In his career, he has participated in many professional organizations as a board member and is currently on the Board of Directors for Louisiana Good Roads. In addition to many professional contributions, Mr. James is active in St Aloysius Church and participates in charity activities for the Church, as well as St. Joseph’s Academy where his daughter attended. In addition to his Church charity work, Mr. James participates annually as a Silver Donor of the Annual Benefit for Soaring to New Heights at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center and Foundation. Beginning in 2011, Mr. James became a Board Member of the Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital.
